Mindblo – Account & Data Deletion Request
You can use this form to request the deletion of your Mindblo account and the personal data associated with it.
This page applies to the Mindblo mobile application published on the Google Play Store.
How the deletion process works
- Submit this form using the email address linked to your Mindblo account.
- We verify that the request comes from the account owner.
- Your account and associated data are permanently deleted.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is completed.
Account deletion requests are processed within 90 days.
Data that will be deleted
Once your request is completed, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- User account and profile information
- Messages, scheduled messages, and reminders
- Tests, results, and usage data
- Any other personal data linked to your Mindblo account
This data cannot be recovered after deletion.
Data that may be retained
The following data may be retained only if required by law or legitimate business purposes:
- Payment and transaction records (retained for up to 7 years for accounting and tax compliance)
All retained data is securely stored and not used for any other purpose.
