Your privacy is important. Mindblo’s SuperCV (“the Extension”) helps users optimize their CVs and match them to relevant job postings using AI. This policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

Currently, we do not collect any personal data ourselves.

  • User-provided text: We process CVs and job posting text that you explicitly input into the Extension.
  • No other data: We do not access your emails, chats, browsing history, location, or any other personal information.

3. How Data Is Used

  • AI processing: Your input is sent to trusted third-party AI services (Mistral AI, Claude) to provide CV improvement and job matching suggestions.
  • No storage: We do not store any CVs, job postings, or personal information on our servers.
  • Future analytics (optional): We may collect anonymized usage data to improve the Extension, but this will never include personally identifiable information (PII).

4. Sharing and Third Parties

  • Third-party AI providers: Your input is shared only with the AI services you interact with (Mistral AI, Claude) to perform the requested CV analysis.
  • No sale of data: We do not sell, rent, or transfer user data to any other third parties.

5. Remote Code

Mindblo’s SuperCV uses remote code in the form of API calls to trusted AI services. No arbitrary code is downloaded or executed from the network. All processing logic is controlled by the Extension and the APIs.

6. User Control

  • You can stop using the Extension at any time.
  • All CVs and job postings remain under your control; nothing is stored without your consent.

7. Security

  • Data sent to AI services is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections.
  • We do not store or log sensitive information, minimizing the risk of data exposure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect new features (e.g., enhanced job-matching functionality). Users will be notified of material changes via the Chrome Web Store listing or Extension update notes.
