Introduction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your privacy is important. <strong>Mindblo\u2019s SuperCV<\/strong> (\u201cthe Extension\u201d) helps users optimize their CVs and match them to relevant job postings using AI. This policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, and your rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Data We Collect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Currently, we do not collect any personal data ourselves.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>User-provided text:<\/strong> We process CVs and job posting text that you explicitly input into the Extension.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No other data:<\/strong> We do not access your emails, chats, browsing history, location, or any other personal information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. How Data Is Used<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>AI processing:<\/strong> Your input is sent to <strong>trusted third-party AI services<\/strong> (Mistral AI, Claude) to provide CV improvement and job matching suggestions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No storage:<\/strong> We do <strong>not store any CVs, job postings, or personal information<\/strong> on our servers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Future analytics (optional):<\/strong> We may collect <strong>anonymized usage data<\/strong> to improve the Extension, but this will <strong>never include personally identifiable information (PII)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Sharing and Third Parties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Third-party AI providers:<\/strong> Your input is shared <strong>only with the AI services you interact with<\/strong> (Mistral AI, Claude) to perform the requested CV analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No sale of data:<\/strong> We do <strong>not sell, rent, or transfer user data<\/strong> to any other third parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Remote Code<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mindblo\u2019s SuperCV uses <strong>remote code in the form of API calls<\/strong> to trusted AI services. <strong>No arbitrary code is downloaded or executed from the network.<\/strong> All processing logic is controlled by the Extension and the APIs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. User Control<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can <strong>stop using the Extension at any time<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All CVs and job postings remain <strong>under your control<\/strong>; nothing is stored without your consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Security<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Data sent to AI services is transmitted over <strong>secure HTTPS connections<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do not store or log sensitive information, minimizing the risk of data exposure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Changes to This Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may update this policy to reflect new features (e.g., enhanced job-matching functionality).
